To ensure smooth implementation of a decision, you must consider the consequences of the decision on a range of stakeholders.
In the previous section, you identified the best response for the NZRU as they face a global recession. The next step is to evaluate your decision in terms of the impacts on the business and it's stakeholders. The purpose behind the evaluation is to ensure that when the response is implemented, that it goes smoothly and as expected.

Task One
